In 2022 we moved our support services across from our in house legacy support system to Zendesk and this allowed us to avail of a number of modern features and innovations within Zendesk that help us deliver better support to our clients. Clients were still able to login to the legacy support system but they would then be directed to the appropriate brand specific landing page within Zendesk when creating new support requests and tickets. Under the wider GCD umbrella we have a number of different products and services that we offer to our clients.
The time has now come for us to switch off the legacy support system and as a result users will no longer be able to login. As such the old site has been redirected to this help page where you should be able to find the appropriate brand under which to raise your request, please follow the appropriate link below and you'll be directed to the appropriate space accordingly, please also bookmark your new space (replacing the legacy support system) so you can continue to seamlessly raise tickets and be directed to the most appropriate teams within GCD.
