How to Create Tickets

Select Submit a Request 

The following form will appear 

Descriptions of the fields above in the form 

email -- enter your email 

subject -- the title of your ticket

Project or System Name -- the name of the project or system you are reporting an issue with

description -- a detailed description of the query you are raising 

priority -- the level of priority of your ticket

attachments -- backups or screenshots which may help us to help solve your ticket 

Once you select the Submit button we will receive your request and view your query
